This spray is actually especially made to be used with the fibers. It is LIGHTWEIGHT, it doesn't make your hair hard or sticky. I use it whenever I use the fibers. I use the fibers every time after I have washed and styled my hair. (Every 2 days). I give it 4 stars in stead of 5 because the nozzle gets clogged, so the spray isn't very accurate. Just hold in under the tap and run some hot water over the nozzle for a couple of seconds and the problem is solved.
