Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please complete the Return Materials Authorization form in its entirety. You must also comply with our Terms & Conditions of Sale policy.
Within 24 hours after you submit the Return Merchandise Authorization Request (Contact Us), you will receive an email from us. If approved, please pack the products securely and keep a record of the method and date of your return shipment. BigDaddyBeauty.com is not responsible for the shipping cost associated with returned merchandise. BigDaddyBeauty.com is not responsible for products damaged or lost in transit back to us.
BigDaddyBeauty.com will only accept, return, or exchange unopened, unused products. Shipping costs are not refunded and a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from your refund. BigDaddyBeauty.com is not responsible for the efficacy of products and will not process refunds or exchanges for products customers are not satisfied with for this reason.
We only accept returns 30 days from the date of order of the product(s). No exceptions.
Unclaimed or Lost Packages
Packages shipped from BigDaddyBeauty.com are shipped with "signature confirmation." This shipping method requires a signature from the recipient upon delivery of the package. If the shipping company/package carrier has unsuccessfully attempted to deliver the package, it is the customer’s responsibility to "claim" the package from the shipping company/package carrier. If the package is "unclaimed," the shipping company/package carrier will return the package to BigDaddyBeauty.com after a specified amount of time. At that time, BigDaddyBeauty.com will attempt to contact the customer regarding the returned package. If the customer would like the package reshipped, the customer is responsible for any and all shipping costs.
Packages shipped from BigDaddyBeauty.com are shipped according to the customer’s preferred shipping company/package carrier. All items purchased from BigDaddyBeauty.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for purchased items passes to the customer upon BigDaddyBeauty.com’s delivery of purchased products to the shipping company/package carrier.
Once BigDaddyBeauty.com releases the package to the customer’s chosen shipping company/package carrier, BigDaddyBeauty.com is no longer responsible should the package be lost. Any inquiries or complaints regarding lost packages must be made with the chosen shipping company/package carrier.
