If you place your order by 3:00 p.m. EST on a business day, your order will be processed that day. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. EST will processed the following business day. Orders submitted after 3:00p.m EST on a Friday, will be processed the following Monday. Most packages are shipped the same day they are processed. However, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship.
International Orders
BigDaddyBeauty.com ships international orders all over the world. We provide fast and economical delivery of your international order.
Please contact BigDaddyBeauty with specific item(s), sku, and quantities you would like to order so that we can provide shipping rates and times. All international orders are paid with an eInvoice via Google Checkout™ or PayPal™.
Most international orders are received within 7-10 days. All international orders are shipped with a packing slip. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with detailed pricing information. Please print or save this order confirmation receipt for your records. International orders may be subject to Customs inspections and/or fees based on each country's specific regulations. BigDaddyBeauty.com is not responsible for these actions or any reimbursement of Customs fees or taxes. Some countries may hold packages in Customs for longer periods of time. Due to United States Postal Service guidelines, we are unable to locate these packages until 30 days after the shipping date.

Undeliverable packages, including refused shipments and packages that have failed delivery, will be returned to DermStore and assessed a $15 Non-Delivery fee. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund.Overnight & 2-day Shipping
For quicker delivery, FedEx guaranteed Next Day and 2nd Day shipping services are available. Rates will be calculated at the time of checkout.United States Postal Service (USPS)
(USPS) is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages shipped via FedEx. Be advised that the USPS confirmation number you receive from BigDaddyBeauty.com is only used to verify when a parcel has been delivered, and is not used to track packages.Items that are DOT Restricted
Items that are DOT restricted, including items that are pressurized or flammable, must be shipped via FedEX Ground in accordance with the Department of Transportation. DOT restricted items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses or international customers.If an item in your order is out of stock
