Damaged Shipment


Shipping and Delivery is the charge for Internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests. Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.

Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 3:00 PM (EST). Orders placed late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Additional charges may accrue on Priority, Overnight and International shipping if multiple attempts are made for delivery.

Shipping addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam should add an additional $5.00 charge for standard Shipping & Delivery. Orders arrive in 7 to 9 business days when ordered before 3:00 PM (EST).

  Package arrives 5 to 7 business days after processing if ordered by 3:00 PM (EST). Package arrives 2 to 3 business days after processing if ordered by 3:00 PM (EST). Package arrives the next business day if ordered before 3:00 PM (EST). Order should arrive 3-9 business days after processing. Flat rate does not include duties and taxes.

30 Day Return for Refund Policy wants you to love your professional beauty products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund your order within 30 days of receipt.

For sanitary health concerns, we only accept the return for refund of hair brushes, hair extensions, combs or liquid / powder hair care & hair loss products that are sealed / unopened in their original packaging. If you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly exchange your order within 30 days of receipt.

How to Return:

  1. Complete the return form provided with your order or download another copy - Return Form Here (pdf).
  2. If possible, re-use your original shipping box and packing materials to secure the item(s).
  3. Address your package to:

  4. We recommend shipping your package through a traceable shipping method like USPS, Federal Express or UPS who offer Delivery Confirmation.

We will email you within 5 business days of receiving your package to confirm your return. Once your return is received, a refund will be issued within 1 billing cycle.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund orders received later than 30 days from purchase.

Damaged Shipment

If your shipment is damaged in transit, please keep the original shipping carton and follow these instructions to replace your order:

E-mail us and let them know what happened; don't forget to include your order number and contact information. Within 24 hours of receipt, please call your shipping carrier to obtain a Damage Inspection report. Please do NOT return the order yourself. This may delay your transaction.
